Friday evening was a full moon and an eclipse. We were headed to Bangor when the moon was bright and full, and we meant to keep a lookout for the eclipse but we were pretty busy with errands. On our way home we saw part of the "snow moon". I didn't get pictures because it was really dark by then , but on the way through Plymouth, to Bangor the moon was beautiful and I was able to pull over for a couple pictures.
I really loved the moon through the trees. It was kind of hard to capture the true beauty and detail on my phone camera, it was definitely more fascinating in person!
