Every day last week we had a beautiful herd of deer hanging out in our backyard eating along the tree line. A couple of days ago we thought it wouldn't hurt to give them a little extra snack by scattering some oats out there. The normal herd of six grew when we put out some oats.
Some days 8, 9 or 12 deer at a time are out back eating.
The only problem is, they're very distracting :) I have so much to do and sometimes we find ourselves watching them for a whole hour at a time! They're beautiful.
